His father, SURCOUF DE REVEL, a son of the Olympic Jalisco B ISO 169- participated at the Worldchampionships in 1994 and 1997, the European Championship in 1995 and 1999, en the Olympic Games in 1996.
He was , amoungst others, the winner of the Nations Cup of Lisbon, 2nd in the GP of Gijon , 3rd in GP of Medina, 4th in GP of Lisbon, winner of the GP CSI Caen.
The mother of Surcouf de Revel is Doris, who was also very succesful at international level (ISO 162).
